Airports

The Amerigo Vespucci Airport is 15-20 minutes by taxi from the center of Florence, downtown hotels and the conference venue. The Pisa Airport, "Galileo Galilei" is on the west coast, approximately one hour from Florence by car or train (80 kms). The railway station at Pisa Airport is connected directly to the airport terminal - trains leave hourly, traveling direct from the Pisa Airport to the main Florence train station (Firenze - Santa Maria Novella).

Trains

The Santa Maria Novella Train station is the main station in Florence. It is situated in the city center and connects Florence with other Italian and European cities. Trains leave hourly for:

Pisa 1 hr (Pisa Centrale)
Rome 1 hr 35m (Roma Termini)
Milan 2 hr 45m (Milano Centrale)
Bologna 1 hr (Bologna)
