The hotels reserved for the Annual Meeting are located in the center of Florence close to the meeting venue. The price ranges for the various categories of hotels are as follows:

Please select the category of hotel you desire. Your choice will be forwarded to Newtours travel agency, the company in charge of making hotel reservations. Booking details will be communicated within 7 business days, beginning 1 December 2006.

Newtours will not guarantee room reservations without a credit card number.

In case of a no show or a reservation cancelled after 19th January 2007, the cost of the room will be charged to your credit card.
